To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authbird and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services or Content.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Germany, and you and Authbird hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Authbird reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services following any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations to Authbird about the Services or Content (“Feedback”), you grant Authbird a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Services or Content without any compensation or obligation to you.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Authbird with respect to the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings between you and Authbird. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Authbird’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Authbird may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
